Privacy Policy:

This web site does not collect personal information.

Students who make purchases through Paypal.com will have their name provided by Paypal. Students may also supply information via e-mail or postal mail.

Information is not shared with any third party except potentially the accrediting agency, if they should request it, and any governmental agency which requires the information under process of law.

Registration Policy:

Students can register online by clicking their profession here or by phone.

There is no deadline for registration. Registration is available 24/7.

Cancellation Policy:

Students may cancel anytime prior to the issuance of a certificate for full refund, provided no materials were shipped.

Postage and photocopying charges for shipped materials will be deducted from the refund. However most students take their courses entirely online.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are made in the same manner as the payment. For example,a student who paid through PayPal would receive a refund though the PayPal account. Refunds are executed within 24 hours of cancellation. Merchants  have no control over how long it will take a bank or PayPal to record a refund.
